Buyer / Customer: The individual whose details are entered during the booking process.

This agreement covers the remote sale of private transfer services, including airport pickup, hotel pickup, return journeys, and related passenger transportation services booked through the website.

The service scope, route, date, passenger count, luggage details, and total price are shown during checkout and in the booking confirmation sent to the customer.

A booking becomes valid once payment is successfully completed and Carrington Transfer issues a confirmation by screen notice, email, or both.

Prices are shown during checkout and may depend on route, vehicle type, passenger count, extras, and currency conversion. Taxes and booking-related charges included in the displayed total are deemed accepted by the customer at checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate passenger, contact, pickup, drop-off, and flight information.

Carrington Transfer will provide the booked transfer on the agreed date and route using its own team or authorized local operating partners.

Pickup timing may reasonably change due to flight delays, border conditions, traffic, force majeure events, security controls, or circumstances outside normal operational control.

If the customer needs to change a booking, the request should be sent as early as possible. Date, time, and route changes are subject to availability and may require a price adjustment.

The customer's cancellation and refund rights are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website and incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Where Carrington Transfer cannot provide the confirmed service for reasons attributable to the company and no reasonable alternative is accepted by the customer, a full refund will be issued.

The customer must ensure that all information submitted during booking is accurate and that passengers are ready at the agreed pickup time.

Children requiring safety seats or boosters must be declared during booking. Unstated special requirements may limit service performance.

Carrington Transfer may refuse service if a passenger presents a safety risk, acts abusively, or requests transportation that exceeds the confirmed booking scope or legal vehicle capacity.

Carrington Transfer is responsible for delivering the booked transfer with reasonable professional care. Liability is limited to direct losses arising from proven service failures and shall not extend to indirect or consequential damages except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

The company is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by weather, road closures, public authority measures, strikes, accidents, border waiting times, or other force majeure events.

Personal data provided during booking is processed for reservation management, payment handling, customer communication, legal compliance, and service improvement.

This agreement is interpreted according to the rules applicable to the place from which the service is operated in North Cyprus, together with any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
