Why per-vehicle pricing changes the arithmetic
A shared shuttle quoting £25 per seat looks cheap next to a minibus price until you count the seats. Twelve people is £300, and the shuttle still stops for everyone else before it reaches you.
Our minibuses are priced for the vehicle. Twelve people divide one fare, travel together, and go straight to the address. The larger the group, the wider that gap gets — which is why groups are the clearest case for a private transfer of any we run.

Count your suitcases as well as your passengers. Sixteen people with sixteen large cases need more than one vehicle regardless of seat count, and it is far better to establish that at booking than in an airport car park.
Groups arriving on the same flight
For parties larger than one minibus, we send multiple vehicles and meet you together inside the arrivals hall, so nobody is standing in the terminal wondering which car is theirs. The vehicles travel in convoy and arrive together.
If your group is arriving on several flights across a day — common for weddings and conferences — send us the full arrival schedule rather than booking each leg separately. We will build the movements around it, which usually costs less than the sum of individual transfers.
Families
Child seats, booster seats and infant carriers are free on every vehicle including minibuses, but they have to be fitted before the vehicle leaves, so request them at the time of booking rather than on the day.
Pushchairs, travel cots and your own car seats all travel free and do not count against the luggage allowance.
Frequently asked questions
How many passengers can one vehicle take?
Up to 16 in a large minibus. Above that we send multiple vehicles and meet the whole group together inside arrivals, travelling in convoy so you arrive at the same time.
Is a minibus priced per person?

Are child seats included on a group booking?
Yes, free of charge and on any vehicle size. Tell us the ages and how many when you book so the right seats are fitted before departure.

Yes. Send the full arrival schedule and we will plan the movements around it rather than quoting each leg separately, which usually works out cheaper.
