What a VIP transfer includes
Every transfer we run is private — you are never sharing a vehicle with strangers. A VIP booking adds the things that matter when the journey itself is part of the occasion, or when you are arriving for business and the first hour counts.
- An executive saloon or luxury minivan rather than a standard vehicle
- A named chauffeur, sent to you with photograph and mobile number before you fly
- Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a discreet name board
- Bottled water and phone charging in the car
- Flight tracking and unlimited waiting time on delayed arrivals
- Fixed price agreed at booking, in GBP, EUR, USD or Turkish lira
When a VIP transfer is worth it
For a straightforward hotel arrival in Kyrenia, our standard private transfer does everything you need and costs less. VIP earns its premium in a narrower set of situations.
Business arrivals into Nicosia, where the meeting starts before the luggage is unpacked and the car is effectively the first office of the day. Weddings and events, where the party is arriving in sequence and the vehicles are part of the day. Long journeys — the Paphos run to Kyrenia is nearly three hours, and the difference between a standard saloon and an executive car is felt for every one of them.
It also suits anyone who simply wants more room. An executive minivan gives four passengers the space that four passengers plus four suitcases would otherwise fill entirely.
Chauffeur hire by the hour or day
Not every VIP booking is an airport run. We provide chauffeur hire by the half-day and full day, with the same driver and car staying with you throughout — for property viewings across the north, a day in the Karpaz, or a schedule of meetings between Nicosia, Kyrenia and Famagusta.
A day rate is almost always cheaper than booking separate point-to-point transfers, and it removes the problem of finding a car in places where there is no rank to find one at.
Frequently asked questions
What vehicles do you use for VIP transfers?
Executive saloons for up to three passengers and luxury minivans for larger parties or anyone wanting more space. Tell us your passenger and luggage count when booking and we will confirm the exact vehicle.
Is a VIP transfer much more expensive?
It costs more than our standard private transfer because the vehicle costs more to run. It is still a fixed price per vehicle, agreed before you travel, with no night surcharge and nothing added at the other end.
Can I book a chauffeur for a full day rather than a single journey?
Yes. Half-day and full-day chauffeur hire is available with the same driver and vehicle throughout, which works out cheaper than separate transfers and is the practical option for property viewings or a day in the Karpaz.
Do you cover weddings and events?
Yes, including multiple vehicles arriving in sequence. Contact us with the date, guest numbers and pickup points and we will plan the movements rather than quote a single car.
