Refund Policy

Effective date: April 14, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to airport transfer and private transfer reservations made through Carrington Transfer. It explains when a customer may cancel and what refund amount, if any, may be issued.

1. Standard Cancellation Rules

Cancellation requests made more than 7 full days before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellation requests made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

2. No-Show and Late Passenger Cases

If the customer or passengers do not appear at the confirmed pickup point within the reasonable waiting period communicated for the relevant transfer, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be due.

Failure to provide accurate contact details, flight details, or pickup location information may also result in a non-refundable missed service where the vehicle and driver were dispatched correctly.

3. Changes Instead of Cancellation

Where operationally possible, Carrington Transfer may allow a date, time, or route change instead of cancellation. Any change is subject to availability and may require a fare adjustment.

4. Company Cancellation or Service Failure

If Carrington Transfer cancels a confirmed booking and cannot offer a reasonable replacement acceptable to the customer, a 100% refund will be issued.

If only part of the booked service cannot be delivered due to a company-side issue, a proportionate refund may be offered depending on the unused portion of the service.

5. Force Majeure

Refunds for extreme weather, road closures, border restrictions, strikes, civil events, public authority actions, or similar events outside normal operational control will be assessed case by case.

Where possible, Carrington Transfer will first try to reschedule or provide a practical alternative.

6. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method unless another method is legally or operationally required.

Once processed by Carrington Transfer, the time required for funds to appear may depend on the customer's bank or card issuer.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
