Famagusta transfer times from each airport
Famagusta (Gazimağusa) sits on the east coast, which makes it unusually well placed: it is one of the few North Cyprus destinations that is genuinely convenient from both Ercan and Larnaca.

The Larnaca to Famagusta transfer crosses at Beyarmudi rather than Metehan, which is why it is quicker than the equivalent run to Kyrenia despite both starting at the same airport.
University transfers to EMU
Eastern Mediterranean University is the largest in North Cyprus, and its intake makes September and February our busiest weeks on this route. Students arrive with more luggage than holidaymakers and frequently on late connecting flights, often travelling alone for the first time.
For a university transfer we send the driver's name and photograph by WhatsApp before departure, meet inside arrivals with a name board, and deliver to the specific hall of residence or apartment rather than the campus gate. Salamis, Boğaz and the beach hotels
Many visitors booking a Famagusta transfer are not staying in the walled city at all. The beach hotels run north along the coast past Salamis, and the fish restaurants and harbour at Boğaz are another twenty minutes beyond that.
Salamis itself is the largest Roman site on the island — a theatre, gymnasium and bath complex directly behind the beach — and several hotels sit within walking distance of the entrance. Add about five minutes to the Famagusta transfer time for Salamis, and around twenty for Boğaz.
